PHOTOPOLYMER PLATES
Panflex and Trotech is a specialized manufacturer of next-generation photopolymer forms (plates) for all types of flexographic packaging. We work with leading global brands – XSYS LUX ITP60 and DuPont, offering digital plates with exceptional precision, durability, and adaptability to the specific requirements of your printing technology.
Our production process includes several key stages – from prepress preparation, through exposure and polymerization, to washing and final curing. Each of these stages is critical for achieving precise and stable printing dots that ensure excellent quality and repeatability of results during long print runs.
DIGITAL PLATES
We have a modern DuPont engraving system that can process clichés with dimensions up to 1480 mm x 1027 mm and thicknesses from 1.14 mm to 5.51 mm, including options with DIGI Corr technology. This makes us a reliable partner for projects that require larger formats or specific applications, such as printing on corrugated cardboard and paper.
Our clichés are suitable for a wide range of products, including labels, cartons, and packaging.
ELECTRONIC MOUNTED PLATES
Electronically mounted clichés are clichés developed specifically for the needs of wide-format corrugated printing. They have special requirements for a specific compression of the material used, mounting foil, adhesive, trims, rivets, the method of attachment to the cylinder, etc., thus limiting the mechanical influence on the final print and allowing for a reduction in your machine’s setup time.
Our mounts are electronically mounted with cameras and registers with a guaranteed color match of up to 0.002mm and have maximum foil dimensions of 3000mm x 1600mm.

Varna
Our production is based in Varna, where a team of qualified specialists with years of experience in plate manufacturing operates. Our experts will assist you in choosing the right type of plate – based on your printing press, inks used, and material specifications.
We know that detail matters – that’s why we focus on maximum precision in forming every print dot. We control oxygen exposure and the direction of UV rays during the exposure process to achieve high stability and sharp, clean details on the final print.
